Lifetime Warranty

All our artisanal jewellery products come with a reassuring free Lifetime Warranty for any manufacturing defects and service support as detailed below.

This is applicable only for registered products. Remember to register your product post purchase to avail this free Lifetime Warranty. This can be done here - Product Registration

Coverage

  • Any manufacturing defects. This includes product defects at the time of manufacturing as well as any fitting related issues.
  • One jewellery cleaning service including tarnish removal, if needed.
  • Minor repair of broken jewellery (with no missing parts).
  • Minor gemstone maintenance.
  • Replacement of findings like clasp, hook, dori, ear push etc.
  • Condition review and assessment for any repair or additions.

Exclusions

  • Any product defects or damage caused due to mishandling, negligence or normal wear & tear.
  • Restoration of gold/silver plating.
  • Major repair of broken jewellery.
  • Major gemstone servicing.
  • Any other repair, addition or customisation.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at care@turquoisejewels.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue and an image or video showing the same.
  2. Our team will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Once received, the product will undergo inspection at our workshop to determine if the issue is covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will repair the item at no additional cost.

Kindly note, the cost of shipping the product to and fro is not covered under the warranty. We suggest dropping by our store at your convenience if you live locally, else using carbon neutral shipping by DHL or Blue Dart to minimise the environmental impact.

Extended Protection Plan

In addition to our Lifetime Warranty, we offer an Extended Protection Plan to provide additional peace of mind for your cherished jewellery. This plan extends the protection beyond manufacturing defects and covers a wider range of potential issues as detailed below.

Cost

This protection plan is available at the time of product purchase, at a cost of 10% of MRP.

Coverage

  • Upto two restorations of gold/silver plating over the lifetime of the product.
  • Major gemstone servicing. This includes damaged or missing stone replacement. However, in case of rare gemstones not available anymore, alternate options of the same quality/price range will be provided.
  • One jewellery cleaning service every year including tarnish removal, if needed.

Exclusions

  • Any other repair, addition or customisation.
